Diego Lopez Osa native university (must be shining among surrounding it poverty) where he would not learn the basics as use of a stethoscope, listening to a patient,  considerations for starting new drug, avoiding social prejudices, reading patient's blood work, asking someone experienced about things he has no clue about. He took his ignorance on the road up north to troubled city of New Orleans to advance his abortion skills.

Here the doctor, quite late in life entered residency program at LSU Obstetrics and Gynecology department and as his face is getting more meaty Lopez Osa is still pursuing his version of an American dream. Genius girl laid slain on his forward path.

21.30, June 24, 2007. Diego Lopez Osa put his signature on the paper which equaled a death sentence for Blanka Teresa Flisiuk Peridot. This obsolete rubber stamp looks like it fell out of the time machine, so does it's aging owner. Too bad that knowledge and experience would not follow. What about "Primum non nocere" - "First, do not harm." When Blanka became emotional knowing horror truth that she was in the death trap, Diego Lopez Osa prescribed her large dose of major respiratory depressant, asterisked even in popular literature as dangerous, especially on initial dose to anyone, not to mention mourning mother few hours after holding her dead son in her arms, seeing as her all original complaints, unbearable back pain and violent chills sending her body into unstoppable shaking were ignored.  This is his signature ordering the drug, while she was in respiratory distress and with advanced pneumonia. He did it out of criminal ignorance, incompetence and social profiling.

This is an two hours after Diego Lopez Osa's treatment. His teammate nurse Beatrice Okechukwu writes monumental in it's monstrosity, sentence, that will ring outrage till the end of time  There is no doubt that Lopez Osa and Okechukwu reflect each other attitudes toward Blanka. Imagine absolute solitude of Blanka gravely ill on the second floor of "modern" hospital in the center of million people metropolitan area, without any help, being pumped six different respiratory depressants in her last day of life.

 
This is the nurse herself. She did not call Lopez Osa after making infamous entry. He the most likely went to sleep after his grave decision at 22.00. He is passionate about Facebook too. Last trace in the medical records is when papa Nolan showed up to mop up after naughty residents around three am. Another Third World resident Ghazala Azam took over and at 1 am and gave Blanka final blow with 10 mg of Valium, not only another respiratory depressant but particularly forbidden in combination with the previous drug.

Somebody had to wake up Thomas Nolan head of LSU OB/GYN Department in early morning of June 25, 2007. Somebody had to tell him "the kids" screwed up totally. Maybe they themselves did. He showed up at Blanka's bedside for damage control.  He was just another one in succession of medics to sentence her to death. The difference between him and Lorissia Autery, Brandon Perez, Diego Lopez Osa and Ghazala Azam (all interns or second year residents) though, is that he knew what was going on. He was first to hear crackles in her lungs but bastard wouldn't pick up a fight, wouldn't start massive effort to save young beautiful human being, no antibiotics, no dialysis, nothing. He sure made fake "on hold" on Valium that by that time was completely administered courtesy to  morose resident Ghazala Azam and passed dying girl to another resident of Intensive Care Unit  - Bradley Kieffer to go through the motions of resuscitation. He knew he could count on William Proctor Newman III to write whitewash autopsy report.

Did you cheer up your pupils on what happened to THEM early morning June 25, 2007? It was your responsibility to asses capabilities of Azam and Lopez Osa. It was your obligation to the public not to let two morons to be in charge of my daughter's life. What did you do with them? Did you reprimand them? Punish?  Did you apologize to the mother of your road kill, the mother that perishes day after day, to a family of ghosts left after you extinguished its brightest star ? What are you doing to the idea of human being, rotten you... I saw it, you rewarded both of them. Shame on you and curse!

 According to medical records supplied by University Hospital Blanka died at 6.28. It crowned total failure of LSU health care organization in every possible aspect to the extent of brazen criminality. She was young and had fighting chance at the time she met Diego Lopez Osa. He failed to diagnose and treat. He prescribed her social death and he poisoned her. After his treatment she was only dying.
